But once we’ve established a relationship and demonstrated our expertise, they bring more needs to the table so we can offer additional solutions. In some cases, we may even turn into the organization’s HRIS department because it’s more cost-effective and eliminates the concern for a single point of failure should an internal HRIS resource leave the client.
