HCM Client Services Consultant

As an HCM Client Services Consultant, you will serve as a dedicated resource for our clients with a focus on creating strategic, customized solutions. In this role, you will enhance our customers’ teams by offering expert support to fit their unique business needs, as well as develop other HR service offerings that we can leverage.

HRIS Analyst

As an HRIS Analyst, you will provide technical support and perform troubleshooting functions for the company’s primary application, UKG Pro. This position serves as a technical point of contact for our internal and external stakeholders to assist users and clients with whatever issues they are facing. In this role, you will perform varied and complex tasks associated with the support, maintenance and optimization of our customers’ HR related systems.

Workforce Ready Solution Consultant

As a UKG Workforce Ready (WFR) Consultant, you will serve as a dedicated resource for our clients with a focus on maximizing the value of their workforce management investment. In this role, your primary objective is providing ongoing consultative and technical support for our customers’ Workforce Ready needs.

HCM Professional Services Manager

The Professional Services Manager is a frontline management role with three primary responsibilities: services delivery, personnel management, and margin management at CORE HCM. More specifically, the Professional Services Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of consulting services as well as the coordination of activities and information between our clients and team of consultants. The Professional Services Manager is also responsible for the management of consulting personnel, which would include participation in staffing decisions, performance reviews, and career development support. The Professional Services Manager reports to the COO with matrix reporting to the CEO.
